Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail.
Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 21 days from the stamped date of shipment if the item is in original condition.
Please include the original packing slip and invoice and let us know if you are returning or exchanging.
Refunds are issued to original form of payment within 21 days from the date you mailed in your package. If postmarked after 21 days, store credit will be issued.
Please ship your items with tracking. We are not responsible for any lost/stolen items.
All return or exchange items must be in their original condition with tags attached. All items must be new, unworn and unwashed with no visible signs of wear such as makeup and deodorant stains.
Exchanges must be for the same item or a different item of the same value.
All swimwear, intimates ,accessories, and sale items are final sale.
Please note that any returns that do not comply with our return policy will be returned to sender.
